Student Records

Individual student records are maintained in order to provide appropriate educational services and programming for all students attending Concord Academy. Our district’s student records policy is in our handbook which is available from our school office.

McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act

Pest Control

Concord Academy's pest management needs are met by Orkin. We typically do not use chemical treatments in the building during the school day due to allergy and other health reasons, and refer to all applicable laws in regards to its pest management. Please contact the office for more information.

Asbestos Management

In the efforts to maintain a healthy school environment, Concord Academy of Petoskey, in the construction of its Atkins Road campus has followed all applicable state and federal laws pertaining to asbestos. Based on this compliance, Concord Academy of Petoskey is an Asbestos Free School

Deficit Elimination Plan

Concord Academy of Petoskey prides itself in it's fiscal responsibility since inception. Concord has no financial deficit, therefore, there is no Deficit Elimination Plan in place.

District Credit Card Information

Concord Academy of Petoskey maintains one district Mastercard  with a credit limit of $2000 issued to Angela Way, Executive Director, by Fifth Third Bank.
