Kindergarten -​

​ 

• Students must be 5 years old by September 1st of their registration year.

• Michigan law allows students who will be 5 years of age by December 1st if written notification is provided. 

 

Required Registration Documents (DK-8):  ​​

Documents can be uploaded at the links below or brought to the main office before your child’s first day of school.
 

• Immunization Record or Waiver – Showing your child is up to date on required immunizations.

• Birth Certificate – Federal law requires us to view the original and keep a copy in your child’s student file.

• Vision & Hearing Screening – Required for DK–K students and must be completed after age 3.
