Open Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year was

April 29-May 13, 2024, Open Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will be April 28-May 12, 2024.

Applications can be picked up from the school office, printed from the link on our applications page,  or downloaded and filled out using Adobe.

Registration and Kindergarten Round-Up

​

We hold an informational parent meeting and tour with prospective new students and parents each April for those wanting to know more about our school & programs. 

​ 

The kindergarten entrance age is 5 years old by September 1st of their kindergarten year. Michigan law allows for students who will be 5 years of age by December 1st to attend if written notification is provided to the school. 

 

 When submitting applications please bring:  

​

• An Immunization Record or waiver that shows your child is up to date

• Birth Certificate (federal law requires that we view the original and keep a copy in the student's file)

• Proof of vision and hearing screening after age 3 for DK-K students. 

• A transcript showing any high school credits earned 

• Middle School/High School Applicant Essay

For out-of-state applicants moving to our area, families without access to birth records because of homelessness, or for any other questions regarding the application process please call our office at (231) 439-6800 for more information. Completed applications and required documents can be submitted via email to lwagner@concordpetoskey.com, mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the school office.
